We can wait up to 30 minutes for you. Feel free to call or text us at (619) 856-7170 and notify us beforehand.

What if I can’t make it to my appointment?
You can reschedule on our website, or you can call to notify us through a message or call. Rescheduling/Notifying must be done at least 12 hours before the appointment.
What is your no-show policy?
MarieBraids acknowledges that plans change at times and requires at least a 12-hour notice before canceling or rescheduling the appointment. Appointments canceled within 12 hours or for which customers are a no-show” will be charged a $25 flat fee on the next booking.
Is there a capacity limit being implemented in the shop?
Yes, we can accept up to 4 customers
Do you require masks?
We require customers to wear a mask within the shop. We highly value our customer’s health; hence we follow CDC and county guidelines and social distancing measures wherever applicable.
Do you have parking space?
We have plenty of free parking space available to our customers.
Where are you located?
We are located at 1037 Broadway Suite G in Chula Vista, CA by the Arch Plaza shopping center. You can’t miss it!
